This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Silinry subscriptions.

Store-Managed Purchases

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play, Apple App Store, or another app store are billed and managed by that platform. Refund eligibility, request review, payment reversal, and timing are handled according to the platform's refund rules.

How to Request a Refund

If you purchased through Google Play, request a refund through Google Play purchase history or Google Play support. If you purchased through Apple App Store, request a refund through Apple's report a problem page or Apple support.

Subscription Cancellation

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals. It does not automatically refund past charges. After cancellation, premium access may continue until the end of the current billing period.

Silinry Support

Silinry support can help identify where a purchase was made and provide account-related assistance, but we may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases controlled by an app store.

Regional Rules

Refund rights may vary by country, region, platform, and applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law.
